How it Works
1) Complete 100 workouts between July 1st - December 31st
2) Post a story of every workout on Instagram and use #midcape100
3) On your 100th workout, post to Instagram with #midcape100 and tag us!
*Upon completion MCAC Members will be awarded a t-shirt and Non-Members will be awarded a 30 day membership valued at $125!
