Personal Training

Consistency, clarity and confidence... you'll get it all by working with a certified personal trainer. A personalized opportunity to take your fitness to the next level.

Semi-Private Group Training

Think private training at a more affordable rate! These workouts are performed in small groups of 3-4 people, but individualized as needed in order to maximize results. The workout includes foam rolling, stretching, mobility/activation and movement prep, strength training and conditioning. 

Group Exercise Classes

Join us for fun, energizing group classes, and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. From Spinning to Power Sculpting to Barre Fusion, we've got a class for every body.

Indo Row / TRX Circuit Training

Want to get shredded? Our rowing circuit workout is a motivating cardio and core program guaranteed to get real results.

Pilates Reformer

STOTT PILATES® certified instructor Rebecca Terkelsen in her studio right at MCAC. Group pilates reformer classes, Barre + Board classes and private instruction is available.
