How to Register

Registration opens 3 days prior to class. You must register for all classes in advance.

 

Cancel 12+ hours in advance: No charge

Cancel within 12 hours: $5 fee

No-show: $20 fee 

Zoom & Pre-Recorded Classes

Many classes are available via Zoom; you can sign up on your member portal.  Please check our FAQs for more information. We also have pre-recorded classes available on our website , which can be accessed with a password. If you need help accessing the page, please call our front desk at 508-394-3511.

Personal Training

Working with a certified personal trainer gives you the structure, accountability, and expert guidance to reach your goals safely and efficiently.

Your trainer will:

Build a customized program • Keep you accountable • Help you move with proper form • Adjust workouts as you progress

Personal Training Rates

All sessions are one-on-one.

Semi-private and small group packages available.

1-Month Commitment

Member: $90/hr

Non-Member: $100/hr 

3-Month Commitment

Member: $85/hr

Non-Member: $95/hr 

6-Month Commitment

Member: $80/hr

Non-Member: $90/hr 

Team & Small Group Training

Private Training Energy, at a More Affordable Rate.

Train in small groups of 3–4 participants with individualized guidance.

 

Sessions include:

Mobility & movement prep • Strength training • Conditioning • Foam rolling & recovery

Rowing & TRX Team Training

High-energy cardio and core training using water rowers, TRX, and functional circuits.

Class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure coaching, feedback, and motivation.

10-Class Pass: $180 

Drop-In: $20 

Adult Small Group Series

8-week structured program
Limited to 4 participants per session

Pilates Reformer at MCAC

with Studio PWR

Located inside Mid-Cape Athletic Club, Studio PWR with owner and instructor Rebecca Terkelsen offers small-group Reformer sessions (limited to 4 participants) focused on strength, mobility, posture, and functional movement. No MCAC membership required to participate.
