Nutrition by Carole Kelaher
Greetings! My name is Carole Kelaher. I too, am a member of the fabulous Mid Cape Athletic Club and have been for a couple of years now. I’m going to be coming at you each month, with tips about nutrition, cooking, and include some fun and inventive recipes for you to tackle at home.
While I definitely want to continue creating delicious food, I’m leaning toward a focus on nutrition and hope to help people meet their weight loss goals, in teaming up with our Mid Cape coaches and adding food and nutrition to the different fitness series, such as Boot Camp and the super fun, New Years Fitness Challenge.
I will also be available to help you with meal planning and even a meal delivery service, if needed.
