Who We Are
Mid-Cape Athletic Club has been offering Cape Cod residents and visitors a friendly, full-service fitness center and tennis facility since 1977. With a wide-variety of classes and programs in our offerings, we have built a community of fitness lovers and athletes, of all levels and abilities, focused on health, wellness, and safety.
Our approach in recent years has centered on the concept of functional fitness. As technology has infused our society, our day-to-day movements have evolved and so have common-place injuries and illnesses. We believe it is our responsibility to customize fitness regiments for our members to optimize day-to-day movements, reduce pain, and build healthy, fun, and pain-free practices. As such, every new member can book a functional movement screen with the Head Trainer to ensure success in whichever class or activity you choose at the club. We work with athletes of all ages and abilities and focus on creating individualized programs that enhance performances outside of the gym while reducing the ever-present risk of injury.
Our team collectively holds a variety of professional certifications and expertise. Regardless if you want to take your game to the next level or embark on a new fitness lifestyle, you will find the support, professionalism, and community at our club.

Join the Myzone Movement
MCAC hosts monthly challenges for those using the Myzone Monitor. Unlike other heart-rate monitors, Myzone uses your heart rate, calories, and time exercising to measure your effort, not just your fitness status. With more effort, you'll earn more Myzone Effort Points (MEPs). So even if you feel you are just beginning your fitness journey, the MyZone belt is the perfect way to start tracking your fitness experience and compete against yourself, or you friends & family, in any given workout!
