We Are Hiring

We are looking to add a friendly, outgoing member to our team, working in a busy and thriving health and tennis club. Available desk shifts are mostly nights (3-9PM) and weekends (7:30PM-6PMish).

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone and any questions members and potential customers may have to the best of your ability

  • Greeting customers and checking them in for classes, lessons, clinics, and court time

  • Collecting payments for various transactions through our Club Automation software, including court fees, lessons, pro shop purchases, and various fitness fees

  • Ensuring the desk work space, bar area, and main lobby areas are clean and tidy

  • Tidying and stocking bathrooms and lockers room as necessary

  • Performing walk-throughs of upstairs fitness area, locker rooms, and tennis courts as necessary

  • Handling the smoothie and liquor bar (must be 18 years or older)

  • Must be friendly, outgoing, and happy to assist members and customers

  • Must be willing to stand for long periods of time

  • Must be willing to give membership tours, provide information on membership, and sign customers up for memberships

 

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
