Pilates Reformer Classes

Rebecca is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Mat and Reformer, with more than ten years teaching experience. With a passion for movement, dance and health, Rebecca joyfully leads her clients in a fun, caring and educational way.
STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. The exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and balance the muscles around the joints. The technique is appropriate for many different body types and abilities, making it applicable to both sport-specific training and everyday life.

All classes are 55 minutes.
Mixed Level Reformer – experience necessary
Appropriate for students who have finished the new client program, or have taken private lessons to learn basic repertoire and equipment. Class limited to 4 people.
Pilates for Tennis – experience necessary
Reformer class to improve muscular balance, agility, power, strength and range of motion. Class limited to 4 people.
Barre & Board – all levels
The best of standing Ballet Barre work and Pilates core work, plus short cardio intervals using the Pilates reformer jump board. Think zero to low impact and almost weightless jumps for a total body workout in this fun class. Class limited to 8 people, no experience necessary.
