Pilates Reformer Classes


 Rebecca is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Mat and Reformer, with more than ten years teaching experience. With a passion for movement, dance and health, Rebecca joyfully leads her clients in a fun, caring and educational way.

STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. The exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and balance the muscles around the joints. The technique is appropriate for many different body types and abilities, making it applicable to both sport-specific training and everyday life.

These five basic principles are the foundation from which all of our programming is developed:

Something for every body!

All classes are 50 minutes.

Small-Group Reformer – experience necessary

Appropriate for students who have finished the new client program, or have taken private lessons to learn basic repertoire and equipment. Class limited to 4 people and will be mixed levels of experience.

Sculpt & Reform– no experience necessary

This is NOT your typical Pilates Reformer Reformer class!  We will incorporate weights and other props including the reformer for a strength-building focus.  Class limited to 4 people.



3 private appointments: $165
