Set New Intentions: New Year Yoga Series

4-week yoga series with Kelly, Fridays at 5 PM starting January 4th

Kick off your New Year with this 4 week yoga series with Kelly which will focus on setting intentions you can carry through the whole year.  Each week will have a specific theme and will include either flow, heat building, restorative poses or strengthening poses, or a combination of some or all.

Session dates:

January 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th 

Series price:

Members $60; non-members $80

Drop-in price:

Members $18; non-members $25
