Body Blast

A muscle conditioning class performed to motivating music! Have fun while you sculpt your muscles with light to moderate weights and high repetitions. Come early to set up your STEP as a bench and gather your various props, including free weights, tubing & physio balls. Get results fast!

Cardio Barre

A unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work and lightweights with continual fat burning motion. Toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. 

Cardio Kickboxing

Punch, kick, jump, and perform fun drills while getting your heart-rate up and working your entire body. 

Core Pole

This is a strength based class using the Core Pole apparatus.  You will incorporate some synchronized movement and get a total body workout. This class is limited to 15 people. 

High Energy Cardio

This 20-30 minute class will focus on getting your heart rate up! Low to medium impact, but can be modified. Little or no equipment, this will be the perfect warm up for your day or going into the next class. 

HIIT w/ Foam Roller

This total body workout is designed to give you everything you need in one hour. Begin with fascia release using the foam roller followed by short bursts of anaerobic activity followed by less intense recovery periods. 

Pilates Mat

A total body workout designed to build endurance, enhance flexibility, and tone using carefully selected exercises to help stretch, strengthen and lengthen the body. Great for all levels. 

Pilates with Props

Bring your soft foam roller to this class to start with a gentle warm up.  Some simple cardio exercises and pilates mat will be included. Great for all levels.


This class is NOT Pilates, it is NOT Yoga. It IS a high energy, total body, no equipment class.  You will get  your cardio, strength, flexibility and balance challenged during the workout which is all set to fun music.

Power Sculpt

Build strength, stamina and flexibility in a safe, effective & non-competitive environment.Various props, including bands, weights, and medicine balls.

STRONG by Zumba

Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric moves synced to original music.  1 hour class combining explosive and isometric moves for a total body, complete workout.

Spinning (45 min)

A multi-level indoor cycling class. Work at your proper level with heart rate monitors available at the Front Desk. ALL LEVELS WELCOME AT EVERY CLASS. Seats are limited. First come/first served. Please arrive 10 min before class begins to set up a bike. 

Spin 60 (60 min)

A spinning class for a full 60 minutes!

Gentle Yoga

All levels encouraged. This class focuses on flexibility and the calming, restorative benefits of Yoga.

Vinyasa Yoga (75 minutes)

You will be led through a breath-based sequence that will leave you grounded, centered, and inspired! All levels encouraged.  Note: Essential oils may be used in this class. Please let your instructor know if you are sensitive.

Yoga Flow

Build strength, flexibility, and balance while learning proper form and creating a mind body connection. A fun class for all levels. As we learn our strengths and weaknesses we begin to build on bringing our body into balance through yoga postures.


A Latin-inspired cardio dance class. Have fun and get in shape at the same time. Easy to follow dance routines using great music & great moves, including Salsa, Samba, Merengue, Hip Hop, Cumbia & Calypso!
