ROWING & TRX

Take your fitness to the next level with this motivating cardio & core program using WATER ROWERS! You will be coached through a challenging circuit workout using the water rower, barre, and TRX. This high intensity workout is guaranteed to get results!

Please note that this class has a two-person minimum. If less than two people sign up, the class may be canceled within 12 hours.
