Restorative Sound Bath Yoga
Friday, November 6 at 6 PM
Jayne is featuring her crystal signing bowls in this special 60-minute class. Featuring a meditative healing sound bath, where you will transition between 3 to 5 restorative poses, ending with gentle hands-on reiki.

The benefits of crystal sound baths include reducing stress and tension while harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.
